AMHA 2008 Featured Stallions

ROSE VALLEY VERYIMPRESSIV
Sire: Pinehaven Chief
Dam: Rose Valley Remember Me
Color: Chestnut
Foaled: May 6, 1999

This very impressive-bred stallion stands nearly 16-hands tall; although he appears black, he truly is a chestnut with a neck that goes on and on! Few carry such a combination of refined blood; sired by Pinehaven Chief and out of the Serenity Masterpiece daughter, Rose Valley Remember Me, this horse was created with royalty in mind. This stallion drives hard off the rear end and has a nice open shoulder with balanced motion. "Slick" was shown as a weanling, winning his weanling in-hand class years ago and at his first show back out in 2007 did the same, he won the MMHBF Stallion In-Hand class. Where he has proven to be conformationally correct with in-hand wins, this stallion was born for the performance shed. We have all the faith that he embosses what a true breeding stallion should bring to the table; his first foals will hit the ground in 2008.
