Dear Region 9 Members:

The upcoming Board of Directors meeting will be in Shelburne, VT starting on May 1. If you have any questions or input please let me know so I can represent your thoughts. We are looking forward to a very productive meeting and the Saturday evening Gala to benefit the building fund. You are all invited to the Gala, please contact Julie Broadway for more information.

The "Gone But Not Forgotten" Quilt was commissioned in 2005 by a member of the Morgan community and is displayed at the AMHA headquarters in Shelburne VT. We hope that you will take this opportunity to let the world know about your wonderful Morgans who are "gone but not forgotten" and share a special story or fond memory of what they meant to you and how they contributed to your life. To learn more or purchase a "cyber quilt square" contact Region 9 member Ellen Di Bella or call 303-841-5210. Postings are $50 for 3 years, or $150 for life.

I hear that plans are in full swing for the 50th Annual Circle J Regional Show. There are lots of activities planned and we have all been digging out memorabilia to help jog memories as we celebrate this event. In light of this, Cindy Dulaney is putting together a cookbook and is soliciting recipes for inclusion. Please email her with your favorites.
