Judges are licensed by US Equestrian Federation (USEF) in the Morgan division. Judges are divided into two groups: recorded ('r') and registered ('R'). If you are interested in obtaining your judges license, please go to USEF.org or call (859) 810-8733 for requirements.

The Carousel Charity Horse Show does have a "host" hotel, The La Quinta Inn & Suites, if you would to stay there. Transportation is NOT provided.

The main entrance is located just north of Frank Lloyd Wright on the northbound access road of SR-101.
- The north entrance is at 94th Street and Bell Road.
- The McDowell Mountain Ranch entrance is only open during show season and special events.
From the North (Flagstaff): take I-17 South to SR 101 Loop – Eastbound into Scottsdale. Take the Pima/Princess exit. Make a left atBell Road (second light) Continue east on Bell Road. Turn right on 94 Street. Travel south to the WestWorld entrance.
From the South (Tucson): take I-10 to US60 (Superstition Freeway), US60 East to SR101 Loop, SR101 North to Frank Lloyd WrightBlvd. Exit at Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd., move to far right lane. Continue straight, crossing the Frank Lloyd Wrightintersection. WestWorld entrance is ½ block north on the right at large horse statue.
From the East (Globe): take US60 (Superstition Freeway) West to SR101 Loop, R101 North to Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. exit. Exitat Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. Move to far right lane. Continue straight, crossing the Frank Lloyd Wright intersection;move to right lane. The entrance is ½ block from intersection. Turn right at large horse statue.
From the West (California): take I-10 East to SR101 North (near Tolleson). Remain on SR 101 into Scottsdale. Take the Pima/Princess exit. Make a left at Bell Road (second light) Continue east on Bell Road. Turn right on 94 Street. Travel south to the WestWorld entrance.
