Updated Bylaws Posted Online

The general membership of AMHA approved the bylaw amendments shown below at their 2019 Annual Membership meeting held on February 8, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas.

4.6 […(b) Notice of Nominees: On or before October 30, the Executive Director shall provide to each Board member and person nominated by such petitions a notice stating the names of all persons who have been nominated for Director and the number of Directors to be elected for each Region.]

[…(d) Membership Lists. The Executive Director shall prepare and maintain a list of all members of the Corporation entitled to vote and their addresses including e-mail as of December 31 of the previous year….]
