2020 Alex Mooney Memorial Scholarship Recipient

The Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show® congratulates Emma Ouellette of Springvale, Maine on winning the 2020 Alex Mooney Memorial Scholarship. Emma will use the $5,000 for her studies at the University of Maine. Emma was one of a number of excellent candidates for the award. Emma is a life-long Morgan enthusiast and saddle-seat rider. She has raised and donated significant amounts of money for cystic fibrosis in memory of Alex Mooney as well as volunteering many hours in her community. The Alex Mooney Memorial Scholarship is made possible by friends and admirers of Alex Mooney and the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show®. Details about the next Alex Mooney Memorial Scholarship will be released in January 2021. |
