2020 AMHA Annual Convention Update

AMHA's first quarter Board of Directors Meeting and the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held in conjunction with the United Professional Horsemen's Association (UPHA) National Conference. This annual event will take place January 21-25 in Lexington, Kentucky, at the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort and Spa.

While the conference is also joined by the American Hackney Horse Society, the American Road Horse and Pony Association, and the American Saddlebred Horse Association, Morgan specific activities, administered by AMHA, will also be held. They include:

Wednesday, January 22, 9 a.m. to noon, Committee Meetings

Wednesday, January 22, 1-4 p.m., AMHA Board of Directors Meeting

Thursday, January 23, 8-9 a.m., AMHA Election - proxy voting

Thursday, January 23, 8-10 a.m., AMHA Election - live voting

Thursday, January 23, 10-11:30 a.m., AMHA Annual Membership Meeting

Friday, January 24, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., new AMHA headquarters open house at the Kentucky Horse Park. 

Saturday, January 25, 12:30-2 p.m., AMHA Awards Luncheon

There will be many other combined events where the five organizations will have shared endeavors, including educational forums, an off-site clinic, as well as the fabulous and fancy BIG AWARDS night!

Conference Registration
We are pleased to pass along, a significant savings on the Conference Registration, Gold and Silver Packages as well as Individual Selections. Early Bird Conference Registration is available through January 10, 2020 at a deeply discounted rate of $100 per person. As of January 11, 2020 the Conference Registration will increase to $200 per person.
